The eye from my second Proko Charcoal drawing tutorial (the first one is hair)
Derwent Charcoal Pencil on Drawing Paper.
I find charcoal much more interesting than pencils. It's much harder to use, but the result is so much more captivating.

You know, I share your opinion on charcoal ) As for me the only drawback to this medium
is that it is so much more difficult to work with it in small scale than with graphite.
(I know many people use charcoal pencils but this just doesen't do the trick, not for me atleast).
I really like your eye, there's something very dramatic about it and finally this is a charcoal drawing that looks
like a charcoal drawing (most of them look like graphite, because of the crazy amount of details).
This piece reminds me of early 19th century drawings (you know, there was this entire movement of
romanticism across Europe at that time, and they were all about drama shortly speaking).
